We promise to help support you through every stage of life, regardless of age, physical ability, size or shape. We offer group exercise classes for those who enjoy the encouragement of instructors and classmates as well as one on one instruction for those preferring a more personal setting. Build Your Own Class

A personal trainer is a great way to start a fitness program for youth, adults, or seniors. Motivation and accountability are at the core of personal training. Certified trainers will design a plan to help you achieve maximum results and will stand beside you along the way, encouraging you and helping you stay on track. Triathlon Training Program
Are you ready to TRI? This class, offered every year in the Spring, is designed for the beginner as well as seasoned triathlon participants. Get ready to learn specific techniques to take your swim, bike and run to the next level. The class will focus on race day preparation, transition times and sports nutrition to work at your peak. Women on Weights
Women on Weights is a weightlifting class designed to empower women to lift weights and transform their bodies while learning new exercises to enhance their fitness goals. Spin is an innovative way to keep fit. Using the bike is one of the best ways to capture the outdoor spirit indoors. Our Spin class allows you to get an awesome, full-body workout on a bike in the comfort of the indoors.
