Break a sweat, chat with a friend, relax your mind, challenge your body, or reconnect and recharge! Our Y offers hundreds of free classes weekly for members. We promise to help support you through every stage of life, regardless of age, physical ability, size or shape. We offer group exercise classes for those who enjoy the encouragement of instructors and classmates as well as one on one instruction for those preferring a more personal setting. Women on Weights
Women on Weights is a weightlifting class designed to empower women to lift weights and transform their bodies while learning new exercises to enhance their fitness goals. WOW will assist women in improving their posture, strength, and body composition. For more information, contact our Wellness Director.
Build Your Own Class
Looking to try Women on Weights, TRX Suspension Training or Max Burn, but can’t find the right class times that fit into your schedule? Find at least 3 other participants of similar ability, and you can build your own class! For more information, please email our our Wellness Director, Kyle Wisner.
A personal trainer is a great way to start a fitness program for youth, adults, or seniors. Motivation and accountability are at the core of personal training. Certified trainers will design a plan to help you achieve maximum results and will stand beside you along the way, encouraging you and helping you stay on track. Functional fitness is a type of exercise that supports your everyday life. It includes movements such as walking, pushing, pulling, bending, squatting, lunging, and core. These exercises improve functional strength.
