Break a sweat, chat with a friend, relax your mind, challenge your body, or reconnect and recharge! Our Y offers hundreds of free classes weekly for members. We promise to help support you through every stage of life, regardless of age, physical ability, size or shape. We offer group exercise classes for those who enjoy the encouragement of instructors and classmates as well as one on one instruction for those preferring a more personal setting. Lean & Clean
Are you looking to shed that last 10-15 pounds and become more toned and lean? This 28 day program gives you the tools to learn macro nutrient cycling and heart rate driven exercise techniques and sequencing to maximize fat loss and calorie burn. This program focuses on education, information and motivation to affect the change you are seeking. This is a four-week program that requires a daily commitment to find the best you. To succeed you will need to follow the provided dietary recommendations, meal frequency/timing and perform the exercises provided. Recommended for intermediate to advanced exercisers. Stay on track during the New Year with this two day per week heart rate driven exercise program with optional weekly weigh ins to maintain personal accountability. Exercise classes will focus on strengthening muscles and improved body composition. The course will utilize interval x-bike, TRX suspension work, and strength training with minimal rest periods. A personal trainer is a great way to start a fitness program for youth, adults, or seniors. Motivation and accountability are at the core of personal training. Certified trainers will design a plan to help you achieve maximum results and will stand beside you along the way, encouraging you and helping you stay on track. Triathlon Training Program
Are you ready to TRI? This class, offered every year in the Spring, is designed for the beginner as well as seasoned triathlon participants. Get ready to learn specific techniques to take your swim, bike and run to the next level. Class will focus on race day preparation, transition times and sports nutrition to work at your peak. Women on Weights
Women on Weights is a six-week weight lifting class designed to empower women to lift weights and transform their bodies while learning new exercises and routines to enhance their fitness goals. X-Biking is the innovative way to capture the outdoor spirit indoors. By using a unique articulated handlebar system with adjustable resistance and free wheel crank, the X-Bike allows you to get an awesome full body workout on an indoor bike.
