Youth Sports Camps  

Give your child an unforgettable summer experience with our Youth Sports Camps, designed for kids ages 6 to 14. These action-packed camps offer skill-building, teamwork, and fun — all in a supportive and energetic environment.

Our sports camps are held at the Alamance County YMCA, depending on the session. Both locations provide outdoor spaces, athletic fields, and experienced coaches ready to help campers improve their game and stay active all summer.

What to Expect:

  • Age-appropriate sports instruction
  • Games and competitions focused on teamwork and sportsmanship
  • Outdoor recreation and fitness activities
  • A safe, supervised environment led by trained staff

Who Can Attend:

  • Kids ages 6 to 14
  • All skill levels — from beginners to experienced young athletes

Camp Dates:

  • June 15 - 19  |  Advanced Volleyball Camp
  • June 22 - 26  |  Beginner Basketball Camp
  • July 20 - Jul 24  |  All Levels Basketball Camp
  • July 27 - Jul 31  |  All Levels Basketball Camp
  • Aug. 3 - 7  |  Beginner Volleyball Camp
  • Aug. 10 - 14  |  Advanced Basketball Camp

Camp Runs: 9AM - 12PM

Early Drop Off: (8AM - 9AM) | +$15

Extended Care: (12PM - 1PM) | +$15

Whether your child loves soccer, basketball, volleyball, or general fitness, our summer sports camps are a great way to stay active, make new friends, and build lifelong skills.
