Active Lives for Older Adults | Alamance County Community YMCA

Stay strong, active, and connected with the YMCA’s Active Older Adults (AOA) programs, designed specifically for individuals ages 55 and up. These classes focus on improving strength, balance, and mobility — helping seniors maintain their independence and quality of life.
