Cardio Staff must be energetic, dedicated to the safety and individual needs of members, and demonstrate the YMCA’s core values. The flexibility and physical endurance to demonstrate all pieces of cardiovascular and strength equipment in the facility is necessary. Excellent customer service skills a must. Beginning in May 10-11 year olds may use the Cardio Theater with active supervision from a parent! Teens ages 12-15 may now have a free wellness orientation to allow them to use the Cardio Theater on their own!

We know that learning doesn’t end when the school bell rings. The way your children spend time after school can make a big difference in their personal development and your family-life balance. At the Y, kids engage in a variety of exciting physical and imaginative activities that encourage them explore who they are and what they can achieve. Through a variety of activities, children learn to respect themselves and others, work out their differences and discover the value of friendship.
