Land and Water Programs for Twin Lakes Residents

Have you ever thought of the water as a liquid weight room? Do you want to enjoy the benefits of water exercise for fitness, flexibility, and fun with friends?

Join our fluid and functional water fitness classes! Water activities provide stretching and movement to tone and strengthen muscles, increase flexibility and build aerobic endurance.

Introduction to Water Exercise: An informal class designed for those who need extra attention. Work with an instructor to discover water movements that will assist you with your daily living activities.
