The Alamance County Communtiy YMCA is committed to building strong kids, strong families and strong communities. Our cardio theatre rooms, racquetball courts, gymnasiums, indoor pool, aerobics room and child care facilities offer a wide variety of recreation choices for your family.

At the YMCA, we are committed to helping people grow in spirit, mind and body. To this end, we focus on four Christian values, which are an integral part of all successful communities. Our role at the YMCA is to support families by providing an environment, role models, and activities that challenge children and individuals to accept and demonstrate positive values. Building character is an ongoing process that does not end when one becomes an adult. Striving for strong character is a lifelong process.
