Class Descriptions
Morning Energizer: A low to moderate intensity shallow-water workout that will keep you loose ‘n’ limber for the rest of the day. Adults will improve overall physical fitness using a variety of equipment and buoyancy techniques. Ideal for both beginner and advanced participants.
Tues/Thurs 8:00 am-9:00 am
 

Shape up With Sarge: A well-rounded workout that incorporates stretching, balance, strength and cardio exercises in a fast paced, fun routine to improve physical fitness. Equipment is used to increase water resistance.
Mon./Weds./Fri. 8:00 am-9:00 am
Mon./Weds./Fri. 9:00 am-10:00 am
 
Hearts @ Work:  A moderate to high intensity water aerobic workout designed to increase cardio-respiratory fitness. This shallow-water class uses range-of-motion stretches fro improving flexibility. Water resistant exercises are used to develop muscle tone and strength core muscles. Come join this “Wet Gym” experience.

Mon/Tues/Thurs 7:05 pm-8:05 pm
 
Flexibility & Fitness:  This is a low to moderate intenisty shallow-water workout.  Water resistant activities and range of motion exercises enable participants to increase flexibility, tone muscles, and improve balance.  Participants are encouraged to work at thier own pace.
Mondays 10:00 - 11:00 AM
 
Arthritis Water Exercise: A shallowwater program of moderate water movements and gentle stretches that allow participants to strengthen muscles for increased endurance and reducing joint pain. Exercises designed to improve joint flexibility and balance. 
Tues/Wed/Thurs 10:00 am-11:00 am
 
Deep Water Exercise: A no impact class providing a high resistance workout for the total body. The class takes place in deep water. Flotation belts are provided.
Mon/Tues/Thurs   7:05 pm-8:05 pm
 
 

Fee Structure
Member: Water Fitness classes are Free for Members
Registration for Water Fitness classes is required. Sign up at the Front Desk prior to beginning classes (sign-up is only required once a year). After registering, members are allowed to participate in any Water Fitness class without having to sign-in each class. Simply drop in and enjoy!

Program Participants: $30 for 10 classes
Program participants can purchase punch cards at the Front Desk. The cards are $30 for 10 punches. Punch cards are RENEWABLE but non-refundable and non-transferable. Please make sure to have your card punched by Front Desk staff or Water Fitness Instructor each time you participate in a class.
