Arthritis Water Exercise
A program for those who have Arthritis or other conditions and can benefit from aquatic exercises. The class is conducted in a heated pool and led by trained instructors. Exercising in water provides the opportunity for movements assisted and supported by the buoyancy of water. The reduction of weight bearing decreases stress on joints. Stretching and toning exercises and low impact aerobic exercising will enable individuals to increase flexibility, improve balance, strengthen muscles and enhance physical fitness.
Class Times:
- Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday, 10:00 am-11:00 am;
Cost:
- FREE for Members
- $30 Program Participants for 10-one hour classes (punch card)
