SilverSneakers Membership

SilverSneakers is a fun, energizing program that helps older adults take greater control of their health by encouraging physical activity and offering social events.

SilverSneakers eligibility is determined by the Medicare Supplemental insurance you have.  If you qualify, the SilverSneakers Program will pay for you to have a Basic Membership to the Alamance County Community YMCA.

Group Exercise Schedule Changes

We have made a few slight changes to the Group Exercise and X-Bike Schedule beginning February 1st.  Please click here to see the new schedule.

Father Daughter Dances

Registration has started for our Annual Father Daughter Valentine’s Dance.  The Burlington Dance is scheduled for Saturday, February 18th and the Mebane Dance is scheduled for Saturday, February 25th.  For more information, click here.
