Overview

We offer two different Membership types: Basic Membership and Health Center Membership. Below are the priviledges each Membership type entails. (Basic Membership Privileges are all those listed under the Basic Membership Category. Health Center Membership Privileges include all those in the Basic Category and those under the Health Center Category.)

NEW! Spring Wellness Programs

Spring is here and there is no time like the present to get ready for swim suit season! We have several new wellness programs starting in March to make sure you have jump on Summer! Click the links below to get information on our Spring Wellness programs: 

Women on Weights: A six week weight lifting and cardio interval class designed to burn maximum fat and develop incredible cardiovascular endurance. For women only.

Women on Weights II: A six week weight lifting and cardio interval class designed to burn maximum fat and develop incredible cardiovascular endurance. Men and women are encouraged to register. 

Triathlon Training: this class is designed for the beginner as well as the seasoned triathlete. Get ready to learn specific techniques to take your swim, bike and run to the next level. Class will focus on race day preparation, transition times and sports nutrition to work at your peek. Ages 14 and up are encouraged to participate. 

Expanded Child Watch Hours: beginning in April, child watch will be open from 3pm-5pm on Saturdays and Sundays in addition to the regular schedule. 

Family Gym Time: will be available for child watch kids 6-12 on Saturdays and Sundays from 3pm-5pm. This time will be fully supervised by staff so that you can work out knowing that your kids are staying active and having fun in a safe environment. 

 

Lifeguard Needed: Weekday Opening Shift

Do you have a passion for helping people reach their full potential in spirit, mind and body? Do you have a love for the water and your current American Red Cross Lifeguarding Certification?  The YMCA currently has
Part-Time openings for lifeguards from 5am-9am Monday through Friday. Please check our Job Openings page for information on how to apply. 

After School Program

We know that learning doesn’t end when the school bell rings. The way your children spend time after school can make a big difference in their personal development and your family-life balance. At the Y, kids engage in a variety of exciting physical and imaginative activities that encourage them explore who they are and what they can achieve. Through a variety of activities, children learn to respect themselves and others, work out their differences and discover the value of friendship.
